Steak perfection takes time
Our Steaks are 36 days dry aged in unique salt moss chambers, using handcrafted seaweed salt bricks, which results in a concentrated and exceptional flavour. The dry nature of the steak enables it to caramelise, producing an incredibly succulent and exquisite steak
